Superman

Black Panther is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Jack Kirby, first appearing in Fantastic Four #52 (cover-dated July 1966) in the Silver Age of Comic Books.

Superman is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, high school students living in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1933.

Black Panther always finds a way, if he is the 8th smartest being in the world, and has studied every fighting style on Earth, plus he was able to beat a person possessed by the panther god, who is more powerful than superman, then he could beat superman with two kryptonite bullets. Black panther is basically Marvel's version of batman. Plus, even if superman does hit black panther, it will not do anything because black panther's armor is made out of Vibranium, the same stuff Captain America's shield is made out of, and he has survived being hit by Thor while he has the Odinforce and a really pissed- off hulk. He has even survived being blasted by a herald of Galactus, named Firelord, who is powerful enough to destroy entire galaxies with one blast, and Black Panther was still standing. For just a human, Black Panther is hella fast. He is fast enough to steal Silver Surfer's surfboard while he was in motion, and silver Surfer can move faster than 50 times the speed of light. Black Panther can even walk on water and can see in complete darkness. He has superhuman senses that allow him to dodge anything. So do not underestimate Black Panther.

Even if he does lose, trust me, black Panther will not go down that easily, even for someone like superman. Plus he is a very tactical and strategic genius that can overcome anything with his superhuman intellect and superhuman abilities that does make him pretty overpowered for a human. Black Panther once killed a 1.5 ton rhino with his bare hands and snapped its neck. He stopped the rampage of a full grown elephant with his bare hands. Elephants on average weigh about 8 tons. He has even killed a T-Rex like dinosaur while weakened and exhausted.
